Biological Control Program

The Biological Control Program aims to preserve the survival of species in order to create a sustainable landscape on campus. These species are threatened by various factors such as pollution, habitat destruction and excessive use of pesticides. Thus, several projects have been implemented to preserve this biodiversity, including the University Mohammed VI Polytechnic (UM6P) insect shelter project, Botanic Garden, Avifaune, Coxibio, and eagle wildlife management - X-terminator.

This ongoing Program is aiming to treat pests without affecting the biological chain, or to create a conductive environment for insect survival and reproduction, or to replace the chemical pesticides by a biological treatment. All these solutions are designed for an effective landscape management.
