Our Annual Sustainability Report communicates clearly to all stakeholders and makes the complex simple for non-expert readers, within and outside the University.
We have made key improvements to the report this year:
- Redesigned to be fully digital and accessible online, with new methods and visuals for reporting our carbon net zero journey, plus a 2-sider PDF with essential metrics and headlines for speed reading.
- Development of pioneering quantitative quality indicators for measuring course design in sustainability, delivering on SDG 17 which points to the need to develop new measures of sustainability outcomes.
- External approval from our BSi ISO 14001 auditor for this joined-up reporting approach that links across all relevant policies and improvement systems.
We have always prioritised the reporting of sustainability integration into academic activities not just operations, underlining the importance of sustainability learning as ‘business as usual’ to accelerate the impact our graduates create in the world.
