This activity provides mental health advice via phone or virtual platforms. Psychology student interns are given opportunities to handle phone calls or virtual engagement via Google Meet to do some mental health coaching. Covid-19 pandemic shifted the mental health importance and since there was a limited opportunity to seek mental health coaching, individuals experiencing some depression and anxiety can reach our TeleMental Health.
It is very important that in different mediums of communication, mental health coaching is being shared to the community. Depression and anxiety or negative form of experiences are not that easy to be dealt with especially if we find ourselves alone with those circumstances. But through TeleMental Health, we can share comfort to those who are in need via different platforms.
