The CaSeH Environment (community engagement for sustainability of nature and humanity) project is a consistent effort aimed to instil the importance of caring and loving nature among the younger generation via numerous activities such as tree plantings, native plant replanting, tree tagging for protected plants, aquatic biodiversity management and soil erosion prevention via garden expansion.
Concurrently, this provides awareness on the individual role of community members in resolving the widespread, rapid, and intense climate change issue, particularly in an urban forest buildup by highlighting the problems faced by Bangsar Forest and Taman Tugu Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur. This continuous effort will ensure the next generation is always aware and concerned with environmental issues and may be used as a reference model of a collaborative effort between an academic institution (Management & Science University) and an NGO (Free Tree Society Malaysia).
