Bridging the Skills Gap: Supporting climate change CPD across the West Midlands

Empowering Professionals, Accelerating Decarbonisation: Keele University tackles the green skills shortage with its innovative Net Zero and Smart Energy Skills Bootcamp series.

Launched in October 2022, these intensive 16-week programs equip individuals with the expertise to drive real change within their organizations.

Beyond Knowledge, Actionable Skills: We go beyond theory, providing participants with the practical skills required to navigate the net zero transition. From understanding decarbonization strategies to identifying financing solutions, graduates gain the confidence to tackle climate challenges head-on.

Building on Success:  Responding to the evolving needs of sustainability leaders, we have partnered with the Sustainable Housing Action Partnership for a new course launched in April 2023. Focusing on systems thinking and leveraging resources, this program empowers leaders to take action and drive sustainability within their workplaces.
