The project taps into the potential of student power to make a change in society by incentivizing contributions in the spirit of volunteerism. The project turns the plethora of sustainability issues within the community into opportunities for students as a population with a unique surplus of energy, time, and creativity at hand to be part of the solution.
With over a hundred socially impactful activities on campus and beyond involving over a thousand students since its inception in 2021, the project integrates the element of quality education where students acquire the knowledge and skills needed to promote sustainable development to become life-long learners (SDG Goal 4: Quality Education - Target 4.7).
The project acts as a one-stop platform that coordinates various entities' programmes that require volunteers and links students with programmes that match what they can offer as volunteers where different levels of the accumulated hours of work get recognized accordingly.
