In this age of advanced educational technology, Smart classrooms are now equipped with interactive tools and devices to help make learning more effective, and this trend has now developed into a new classroom management strategy. Regular classes need a large staff and management team. In a typical classroom, the security is either minimal or non-existent. Considering the above situation, a project has been proposed as a tentative solution which is “IoT-Based Smart Classroom & Security System”.
With the help of the Internet of Things (IoT), this proposal for a Smart classroom manages information in real-time and develops classroom management strategies for smart security and energy conservation. The project has been broken down into three primary sections: hardware, software simulation, and website. ESP32-CAM, GSM module, Fingerprint sensor, Flame sensor, SIM800l, Arduino Nano and other devices were used in this project. The project sends real-time data to website servers. The hardware implementation results have been closely evaluated to confirm the project's successful completion.
